The consortium is made up of six partners from six different countries. It comprises higher education researchers with extensive experience of both the object of this project and running international projects. The consortium is coordinated by the UAB’s EDO group, whose main line of research focuses on teaching and university management, specifically on the tutoring, access and retention of university students, and has developed several projects in relation to these topics in the last 5 years (http://goo.gl/NIEV1), one of which has being jointly developed together with some of the members of the consortium (i.e. ACCEDES, Ref. DCI-ALA/2011/232).
All of the partners in the consortium (University of Bucharest, University of Bristol, University of Jyväskylä, U. Autònoma de Barcelona, Inst. Politécnico de Leiria and U. degli Studi di Bergamo) have broad and complementary experience of working on social analysis, higher education research, policies and management, tutoring, guidance and inclusion.
Our proposal is also endorsed by several stakeholders in each partner country: secondary schools (two per partner), youth associations, and at least two different universities in each country.
